We aim to hold a good stock of all items we sell, and if your item is in stock, we will dispatch it on a Next Working Day delivery service if we receive your order before midday (Barring any courier delays) - In most cases, we use FedEx for deliveries. However, large items will be shipped on a pallet service. - Please note that services to areas such as Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Outer Hebrides and Shetlands can take a bit longer, such as 2-7 working days. - If you have any concerns regarding delivery time, please contact us and we would be happy to help!

Regretfully, at present, we do not have the ability to ship outside of the UK. We are currently working on this, but at present, we do not have the facilities to do this.

No, Horizontal Cylinders and Vertical Cylinders must only be installed in their intended orientation. - This is because the heating elements inside each cylinder are specifically mounted and configured for that particular installation position. Installing a Horizontal Cylinder vertically, a Vertical Cylinder horizontally, or placing a Horizontal Cylinder on the floor can cause the heating element to operate incorrectly, which may result in the element burning out and the cylinder failing. - Please note that any damage caused by incorrect installation or mounting orientation would not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. - The only exception to this is the Bellislimo range, which has been designed to allow installation in either orientation. However, this must only be done in accordance with the mounting instructions provided within the user manual.

All cylinders require a 3.5 Bar Pressure Relief Valve to be purchased separately and fitted to the cylinder pipework during installation. The only exceptions are the following models, which come with a 3.5 Bar Pressure Relief Valve included and fitted into a dedicated port on the cylinder itself: Bilight Vertical 50 Litre - Bilight Vertical 80 Litre - Bilight Vertical 100 Litre - Bilight Vertical 120 Litre - For all other cylinder models, the Pressure Relief Valve must be supplied and installed separately in accordance with building control regulations and the installation instructions.
-
All cylinders require an adequately sized Safety Expansion Vessel to be installed as part of the system setup. - We stock an 8 Litre Safety Expansion Vessel, which is suitable for use with all of our Electric Hot Water Cylinders and Air Source Heat Pumps, with the exception of the 200 and 260 Litre Capacity AquaThermica Models. - These larger AquaThermica models require a larger capacity expansion vessel due to the increased system volume. - Please note that the Safety Expansion Vessel does not come with a mounting bracket or any fixings, these must be purchased separately.

At present, we do not have a G3 Qualified Engineer or an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer as part of our team and, unfortunately, we are therefore unable to offer installation services for these products. - We would recommend arranging installation through a suitably qualified and certified local engineer to ensure the system is installed safely and in accordance with current regulations and manufacturer requirements.

These appliances should be hardwired into the electrical supply by a suitably qualified electrician using an appropriate fused spur or dedicated circuit breaker, in accordance with current G3 Regulations and the manufacturer’s installation instructions. - A dedicated electrical connection is important to ensure the appliance operates safely and reliably under load. The correct protective devices, cable sizing, isolation methods, and circuit protection must be selected based on the appliance specification and the requirements of the installation environment. - As these products involve both pressurised hot water systems and electrical components, installation must comply with all relevant building regulations, electrical standards, and safety requirements. Failure to install the appliance correctly may result in unsafe operation, damage to the unit, or invalidation of the manufacturer’s warranty. - For this reason, we strongly recommend that all installation work is carried out by a suitably qualified and competent professional familiar with G3 unvented systems and applicable electrical regulations.

Our cylinders are not supplied with wall fixings or mounting hardware. - This is because the correct type of fixings required can vary significantly depending on several factors, including the installation location, the wall or mounting surface material, and the capacity and weight of the cylinder being installed. For example, different fixings may be required for installation onto brick, concrete, timber, plasterboard, or other surfaces. - For safety and compliance reasons, the installer must assess the installation environment and select suitable fixings and mounting methods capable of safely supporting the cylinder when full of water. This is particularly important as the total operating weight of the unit can increase substantially once filled. - We would therefore always recommend that installation is carried out by a suitably qualified installer, who can ensure that the appropriate fixings and supports are selected in accordance with the cylinder specifications and the structural requirements of the installation area.
